Sales and Delivery Policy

The Studio sells physical products through direct and digital contact throughonline store.

 

The customer has the WhatsApp customer service to answer their questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content available in the online store or agreed by the direct means of contact.

Payment methods:payments are accepted via credit/debit card, pix and bank transfer;

 

Credit/debit card:Payment by credit/debit card may be approved by your card administrator within 1 business day. After this approval, the delivery period begins to take effect on the following business day;

Payment in installments may not be available for all products offered - consult the payment method for the product, or contact customer service for clarification of doubts;

 

Production and response times are considered to be business days.

 

For digital products (artwork sent electronically):Exchanges or returns of these products will not be accepted, if there is any change, it will result in the addition of cost and negotiation via email or WhatsApp. Deliveries of products from the digital collection are made by email as soon as payment is identified. ​

 

For physical products and custom/unique artwork:budget policy, sale, exchanges, refunds, changes, among others; are negotiated via direct contact (email and WhatsApp). Deliveries,  negotiated by customers when contacting us, can be carried out by the Post Office, motoboy/carrier, or picked up by the customer himself at the Studio.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

If the chosen payment method has not been approved or carried out, the order will be automatically canceled after its expiration without any cost to the customer;

 

For custom products (ordered according to consumer specifications):

 

A full refund is only possible if they are not in the production phase. If it is in the production phase and/or finished (“ready”), there is no way to cancel and/or fully refund the amount paid. (PLS 281/2012, amendment 26, III); ​

 

For digital products:

 

If the customer has already downloaded the digital file, it is no longer possible to cancel and/or refund the amount paid or exchange the product; ​

 

If there is any problem with the file, please contact us through our direct means of communication, so that we can send you a new download link.
